We are looking for a Recruiter with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow the necessary sign-in protocol
- Resume screening & interview setups
- Post Job ads on Indeed, Apploi, and other platforms
- Candidate's phone screening
- Assistance to the HR manager in administrative tasks of the department such as reports
- Employee onboarding
