Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Oversee and manage security operations, including personnel, equipment, and systems
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services in case of incidents or emergencies
- Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols for handling security-related issues
- Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field
- Proven experience in CCTV monitoring, loss prevention, conflict management, and surveillance techniques
- Possess a valid CPR and First Aid certificate
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations
- Experience working in a militarized environment is a plus
