Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures tailored to our clients' needs.
- Manage all aspects of security operations, including personnel, equipment, and systems, to ensure optimal safety.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to maintain a secure environment across all properties.
- Coordinate effectively with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services during incidents or emergencies.
- Train security staff on protocols, equipping them to handle security situations with professionalism and adherence to company policies.
- Investigate and document security breaches or incidents, reporting findings to senior management with recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to security across all functions.
- Stay current on the latest trends in security technologies and best practices to continuously improve our operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in security management or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in CCTV monitoring, loss prevention, conflict management, and surveillance.
- Possession of a valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations.
- Experience in a militarized or high-security environment is a plus.
