Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or security management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond to emergencies or incidents, taking appropriate action to resolve the situation
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide guidance and support to security staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct investigations into security incidents or violations, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in law enforcement, security management, or a related field
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
