Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and protection of the construction site, including equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site and monitor surveillance equipment during overnight hours.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points for any irregularities.
• Control access by permitting entry to authorized personnel and ensuring proper identification procedures.
• Respond promptly to alarms and obtain assistance in emergencies.
• Report any suspicious activities and inform violators of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Security Officer class D license issued by the State of Florida.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including holidays.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.
