Job Summary
National 1 Professional Cleaning Services is currently looking to fill a permanent, part-time evenings commercial cleaning position in Oneida, NY.
The position will offer steady work at approximately 2-3 hours weekly; Monday - Saturday.
With the appropriate training, facility must be kept clean and orderly and presentable to the general public. The candidate must possess a sense of pride in their work while paying close attention to details.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of all public areas
- Service, clean, disinfect and replenish restroom supplies
- Dust horizontal surfaces, furniture, fixtures, woodwork, machines and equipment
- Dust / clean walls, wall hangings, ceilings and vent covers as directed
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for performing nightly cleaning duties
- Dust and wet mop hard surface floors (this may be performed by separate individuals)
- Vacuum carpets
- Collect all trash, replacing with clean liners and transport to collection point outside
- Willingly perform any other cleaning tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor
- Keeps building securely locked at all times while in the building
- Assures that building has been securely locked at end of your work shift
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be knowledgeable in professional cleaning techniques
- Must work effectively and efficiently
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have your OWN reliable transportation
- Must be able to work independently under the direction of a supervisor
- Must be able to bend, pull and lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be dependable, honest and trustworthy
- Must be able to pass background and drug testing
