About us
The NAofA sport programs for kids are specifically designed to help players of all abilities. The goal is to have tons of fun, learn sport-specific skills, and gain confidence on and off the field. We teach children about success, failure, and what it means to be part of a team. Our coaches provide an enthusiastic place for kids to fall in love with their chosen sport.

YOUTH SPORTS CAMP COACH/DIRECTOR
Instructing elementary-aged kids through different sports curriculum. Knowledge and experience in sports is required. Must have a social and friendly personality, be willing to use your energy and work with kids for approximately 3-8 hours per day. Willing to improvise and adaptable to the needs of the children and camps. If you do not feed off of the energy from kids, please don't apply. Great job for college students and athletes looking for part-time or seasonal work.
Fall & Winter camps run Sat-Sun 9-12 pm & Weekdays from 5:30-7:30 pm
$17 - $22 an hour
1. Coach, teach, motivate and lead kids throughout each program. Deliver curriculum in a safe, high energy, structured and quality manner.

- Be on time!
- Always be in uniform and well-groomed.
-Stay connected and current with information from supervisors.
2. Engage
- Get to know the participants and engage them in fun sports activities.
3. Safety
- Care for the participant’s safety. Make sure that all activities are performed in a safe manner.
4. Staff
- Perform tasks as requested by the director.
- Work as a team with the other coaches and directors
