We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Youth Sports Manager to lead, manage, and actively participate in our youth sports programs. This hands-on role requires overseeing operations while engaging directly with children, coaches, and volunteers to ensure the success of events and activities. Responsibilities
- Plan, Manage, and Participate: Oversee youth sports programs (e.g., soccer, basketball, volleyball) and actively engage in activities during practices, games, and events.
- Coach Recruitment & Training: Recruit, train, and supervise coaching staff and volunteers to meet program goals.
- Hands-On Camp Involvement: Be present at the camp to assist with drills, mentor coaches, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate Events: Organize tournaments, practices, and other activities, ensuring all logistics (e.g., tents, tables, and equipment) are properly managed.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain adherence to safety protocols and sports regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports management, coaching, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children in a hands-on environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage participants, staff, and parents.
- Knowledge of sports safety standards and risk management.

- Collaborate with the owner to manage recruitment and hiring.

- Conduct interviews to evaluate leadership, coaching abilities, and communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
