Join the team at National Addiction Awareness Complex as an Awareness Mobile Fleet Developer! We are seeking experienced and motivated sales professionals to collaborate with us as independent commission freelancers. In this unique role, you'll lead efforts to develop a fleet of Awareness Mobile Visitors—a dynamic media platform designed to spread addiction awareness nationwide.
As a Fleet Developer, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Fundraising to purchase Awareness Mobile Visitors for conversion into Travel Information Awareness platforms.
- Securing 30 sponsors per Awareness Mobile Visitor, contributing to the creation of a 15-unit fleet.
- Collaborating to expand NAAC’s Regional Footprint, assigning completed Awareness Mobile Visitors to individual County Community Agents across our 15-county area in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly with funding donor campaigns and media content.
- Passion for addiction awareness and familiarity with addiction recovery processes and terminology.
- A minimum of three years of continuous sobriety (if in recovery).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and alignment with NAAC's alcohol-free, drug-free, and nicotine-free sober lifestyle.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage sponsors effectively and promote NAAC's mission.

Compensation: This position is a startup team opportunity operating under a Revenue Base Compensation Freelance Agreement. Compensation terms will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants must be financially stable to participate during this startup phase.
Location Requirement: Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our Awareness Complex planning office, located at:
252 Main Street, Denver, PA 17517.
