We’re seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as 3-County Zone Start-Up Sales Managing Developers at the National Addiction Awareness Complex—the first-of-its-kind Awareness & Recovery Resort Destination.
The candidate would be collaborating with our current team to raise $26 Million for Stage One start-up procurement, within a 15-county regional marketing area located in southeastern PA. This position will offer a meaningful commission structure with rewarding benchmark bonuses.
We are Creating a Unique Destination for Family Recreation and Group Fellowship in a Sober Lifestyle Setting—not a treatment center, more of a learning resort.

This position is ideal for a person with print, newspaper, and radio space sales experience. The role also involves selling fundraising events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Five years of experience in Sales/Fundraising, including managing a sales force.
- A passion for helping the emerging vision of the National Addiction Awareness Complex.
- Client pipeline experience.
- Skill in recruiting and training new Account Developers to our system.
- Total freedom from alcohol, drugs, and nicotine.
- Candidate will need to reside in one of the following Pennsylvania counties: Lancaster, Berks, or Schuylkill.
- Car, car insurance, laptop, cell phone, and proper wardrobe of business casual attire.
- Strong knowledge of recovery needs in communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new relationships and cultivate existing ones with businesses and individuals in your protected area to raise funds for the National Addiction Awareness Complex.
- Create and manage a fundraising pipeline to ensure prospective donors are properly contacted regarding fresh marketing opportunities and fundraising events.
- Work with the marketing team to provide input on marketing needs.
- Stay abreast of ongoing fundraising campaigns and bring awareness of sponsorship opportunities to prospective donors.
- Create fundraising pitches that appeal to various target audiences.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on creating systems and policies to build, run, and maintain multi-million-dollar fundraising campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven outside sales or fundraising experience and success—a must.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office ("Word," "Excel") to process day-to-day activities.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Organized approach to managing a portfolio of donors.
- Experience working on a Customer Relationship Management platform to manage fundraising pipeline.
- Familiarity with addiction recovery processes and terminology.
- If in addiction recovery yourself, three years of continuous sobriety is required.
- Passion for addiction awareness.
- Experience communicating face-to-face or over the phone with potential donors and sponsors to close fundraising agreements.
- Comfortable working from a home office within the regional territory and proficient with Zoom.
- Ability to make a flexible schedule that works for you.
- Able to commute to our Denver, PA office, as needed.
- Fully alcohol-free, drug-free, and nicotine-free.
