Your Role
As an Office Operational Assistant, you’ll be a part of a creative, entrepreneurial venture and contribute to our growth in meaningful ways. This part-time freelance position offers a funding-based compensation model, with potential for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a stress-free planning office environment.
- Cross all "T"s and dot all "I"s with exceptional attention to detail.
- Participate actively in marketing and recruitment efforts.
- Manage schedule tracking, planning, and office inventory.
- Direct inquiries, organize databases, and pre-interview applicants.
- Post ads for recruitment, host meetings, and set up office events.
Qualifications
- Must live within a short commute to our Denver Planning Office (352 Main Street, Denver, PA 17517).
- Strong people skills and familiarity with addiction recovery processes & terminology.
- Passionate about addiction awareness and the sober lifestyle. Recovery experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with Zoom meetings and tools like MailChimp.
- Must maintain an alcohol-free, drug-free, and nicotine-free lifestyle.
- Thrives in both home and office work settings.
