Join our team as a Southeast PA 15 county Territorial Regional Fundraiser at the National Addiction Awareness Complex - the first of its kind Awareness & Recovery Resort Destination. NOT A TREATMENT CENTER. We are seeking the right person that fits into our history making creative needed venture, with a Mac-Gyver -like Attitude to make it work.

The candidate would be Collaborating with our current team to raise $26 Million for Stage One start-up procurement, within a 15-county regional marketing area located in southeastern PA.

We are Creating a Unique Destination for Family Recreation and Group Fellowship in a Sober Lifestyle Setting. Not a Treatment center more of a Learning resort.

· This position is ideal for a person with Event, Sponsorship Print, Newspaper, and radio space sales experience. The Manager would be marketing fundraising events as well such as Awareness Fundraising Dinners, Picnics, and private Hosting Presentation. REQUIREMENTS

1. 5 years of experience in Sales/Fundraising, in managing a sales force

2. A passion to help the emerging vision of National Addiction Awareness Complex

3. Client Pipeline development experience

4. Skill in recruiting and training new Account Fundraiser to our system.

5. Totally free of Alcohol/Drugs and Nicotine.

6. Resided within a short commute of our planning office at 352 Main Street Denver PA 17517

7. Car, Car insurance, Laptop, cell phone, and proper wardrobe of business casual.

8. A strong knowledge of the need for active recovery in communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build a 15 Account Rep Fundraising Team

· Secure $26m in Sponsorship

· Develop Events, Tournaments

· Develop Sponsorship Relationships

· Selected Candidate will be collaborating directly with founder on creating systems and policies to build and run multi-Million Dollar fundraising Campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1. 1-Proven outside sales or fundraising experience & success necessary.

· 2-Familiarity with Microsoft Office ("Word," "Excel") to process day-to-day activities.

· 3- Great people skills

· 4- Organized to manage a portfolio of donors.

· 5-Experience working on a Customer Relationship Management platform to manage fundraising pipeline.

· 6-Familiarity with addiction and recovery processes & terminology.

· 7-If you are in addiction recovery yourself, we require a minimum of 3 years of continuous sobriety.

· 8-As an ideal candidate, you need a passion for addiction awareness.

· 9-Experience talking face-to-face or over the phone to potential donors and sponsors to close fundraising agreements.

· 10-Candidate would be working from their own home office within the Regional Territory and must be comfortable with Zoom.

· 11-Candidate can make their own flexible schedule that works for them.

· 12-The candidate needs to be able to commute to our Denver PA office, as needed.

· 13-Candidate Needs to be Fully Alcohol Free, Drug Free, and Nicotine Free.

As a startup team member, compensation will be fully commission based. Compensation will be fully explained during the interview process. As a contractor, you will need to be financially stable to participate with us as a startup team member.
