SUMMARY
The Associate will provide daily support to our internal business partners and/or external clients. This position will have a variety of duties and tasks to be completed depending on the specific team they are a member of. The Associate must be detail oriented and able to deliver a high level of service to internal and external clients.
The Trust Service Team provide daily Trust Account support to Trust Officer, Advisors, and the accounts we serve. The Trust Service Team Associate is responsible for providing excellent client experiences through various communication channels. They will serve as a daily point of contact for firms we service primarily through phone and email communications. In addition, they will be responsible for daily oversight of assigned accounts and relationships, execute approved account instructions that include account opening, distributions, receipts, maintenance requests, correspondence, mailings, and general account reviews for trust accounts. Timely and accurate process and delivering excellent client service to both internal and external clients is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Resolve, investigate and analyze simple to complex account inquiries and escalations
- Complete processing and quality control responsibilities within deadlines
- Quality Control with emphasis to detail
- Maintain high quality metrics for assigned responsibilities
- Assist teammates with various inquiries across client/role assignments.
- Flexibility in making daily adjustments to address business needs
- Act as a liaison between National Advisors Trust and external parties
- Provide outstanding client service to internal and external clients
- Effective use of technology and self-service to resolve internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality both internal and external to the organization.
- Other duties as assigned
- Compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC-related laws and regulations as it applies within the scope of this position, including but not limited to, prompt completion of required BSA/AML/OFAC training.

EXPERIENCE:
- Bank/Trust operations experience preferred
- Financial services background preferred
- Industry knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and unique assets, preferred
- Motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional, business setting.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
- Will occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Occasionally it requires lifting objects that are 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet
