Summary
The Team Lead will oversee daily distribution of various types work within the team and provide leadership to the team in assisting the manager. The Team Lead will create and analyze data for forecasting and service level assessment. This role will seek efficiencies through oversight of internal operating procedures. An ability to articulate and demonstrate the National Advisors business and operating model within the team. This candidate must be driven to influence and maintain consistency through effective and efficient practices, and process improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the first point of escalation concerning client issues and seeking to resolve them
- Daily supervision of work queues and staffing coverage by optimizing schedules
- Provide leadership and accountability to the team
- Identify knowledge gaps for ongoing training initiatives and training associates as needed
- Provide coaching support to associates
- Communicate and prioritize workload for the team, ensuring production requirements are met
- Assist with processing during high volume intervals / days to ensure service level is achieved
- Provide and assist with SOC-1 data gathering and procedure / policy updates
- Reporting of metrics and post-mortem of actions and activities
- Develop and maintain dashboards for individual and department performance
- Determine, document, and escalate concerns on individual performances to management
- Escalate any open items and provide updates to exceptions to manager prior to daily huddle.
- Oversight of processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and optimization through process improvements; review associates work as required
- Update, modify, create procedures according to business requirements
- Lead and participate in various projects, as needed
- Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality both internal and external to the National Advisors Trust Company
- Compliance with BSA / AML / OFAC-related laws and regulations as it applies within the scope of this position, including but not limited to, prompt completion of required BSA / AML / OFAC training.
