The Director of Product Management is a team building leader responsible for developing short-term and long-term product strategies and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence for a suite of existing NAA products. Additionally, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, this leader will help drive the products and programs that prepare NAA for the future. The person filling this role will advise colleagues across departments on best practices in product management and adapt those practices to improve NAA product development, product operations, and customer success.

Principal Accountabilities
- Develop and lead a high-performing product team focused on business excellence.
- Be the voice for the users, understand the challenges they are facing and their needs.
- Oversee operations of NAA’s flagship product, Click & Lease, I/E IQ, OASIS, and other offerings.
- Implement the strategic direction of the NAA Services Board of Directors while also garnering the trust of all stakeholders through transparent and effective communication.
- Develop KPIs, measures of success, and benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of NAA’s products.
- Make decisions on product life cycle to continuously evolve product lines, perform revenue/cost analysis, develop revision plans, analyze sales patterns, and sunset products as appropriate.
- Drive product direction while balancing various stakeholder inputs with business strategy and constraints.
- Coordinate with NAA’s technology, legal, finance, research, and business excellence teams to continuously improve our products and services based on each product’s roadmap.
- Understand competitive products and position NAA offerings effectively, articulating strengths and weaknesses relative to those products.
- Develop product pricing strategies in close partnership with NAA’s business development team.
- Use data to drive user research to improve our products continually.
- Create business cases for new products and features that drive growth and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Assist and educate other NAA teams to support products successfully.
- Generate innovative ideas and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations while driving efficiencies and promoting differentiation in the marketplace.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding and represent the company with users and the builder community as a product expert.

Requirements
- College degree in business, computer science, or other related field
- 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products
- 5 years leading a team in a professional setting
- Demonstrated ability to supervise directly and through team managers, empowering all team members to contribute their best efforts and achieve personal growth.
- Experience working with marketing and engineering teams to oversee the design, development, and implementation of a roadmap for new and existing products.
- Ability to Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to develop competitive products and inform the organization’s current products’ strategies.
- Ability to identify, manage, and track dependencies across teams and initiatives, and implement systems to streamline processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, identifying gaps and defining solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

- 10 years of experience in product management, engineering or technology development.
- NPDP certification or other product management specific education.
- Real estate, multifamily industry, and/or trade association experience is a plus.
