Seeking Maintenance Supervisor ASAP for Las Vegas apartment community of 256 units. Must have a solid work history, provide excellent customer service skills, team building, leadership experience & good references.
Responsibilities
1. Oversight the maintenance operations of our property
2. Supervision and Leadership
3. Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians
4. Provide training and guidance to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
5. Schedule and assign daily work orders and projects.
6. Perform routine maintenance tasks
7. Budget and Inventory Management
8. Order and maintain inventory of tools and supplies
9. Obtain quotes and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
10. Communication and Reporting
Requirements:
CPO cert
UNIVERSAL EPA
At least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisor
