Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related phone calls and emails
  • Communicate with manufacturers, service companies, and internal sales staff
  • Maintain detailed service notes and internal logs, ensuring all updates are accurate and accessible
  • Process returns, manage receiving, and oversee basic inventory control
  • Utilize multiple software platforms (POS systems, manufacturer portals, warranty systems)
  • Collaborate closely with sales staff to provide timely service updates to customers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to assess data for informed decision-making.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing performance metrics.
  • A strong background in sales is advantageous for understanding customer needs.

Requirements & Preferences:

  • Preferred: Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management
  • Required: Strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and professional references
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
