Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related phone calls and emails
- Communicate with manufacturers, service companies, and internal sales staff
- Maintain detailed service notes and internal logs, ensuring all updates are accurate and accessible
- Process returns, manage receiving, and oversee basic inventory control
- Utilize multiple software platforms (POS systems, manufacturer portals, warranty systems)
- Collaborate closely with sales staff to provide timely service updates to customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service or related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
