JOB SUMMARY
As our Investigator, you'll be at the forefront of uncovering hidden assets and conducting thrilling investigations. Picture yourself as a master sleuth, using your skills to locate vehicles subject to repossession. Don't worry; this isn't just an ordinary office job! You'll have the chance to work alongside our local agents, experiencing the thrill of the field when needed. Essential Job Functions:

• Dive into the excitement of gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information from various sources, including court records, credit header data, and people location software.
• Become an expert in using cutting-edge location databases and software, like license plate recognition (LPR) software, to track down elusive vehicles for repossession.
• You'll play the role of a routing wizard, guiding our recovery agents efficiently and effectively to secure those assets.
• Be the heart of the communication network between our office staff and field agents, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Challenge yourself with in-depth people/vehicle location searches, utilizing your top-notch skip-tracing skills.
• Proactively monitor accounts and skillfully address any issues that arise along the way.
• Dial up the excitement as you make impactful outbound phone calls to customers, field agents, and client bank employees during your skip-tracing missions.

Compensation & Benefits:
