What You’ll Do :
As a Recovery Agent , you’ll be in the driver’s seat—literally and figuratively—tracking down and repossessing vehicles, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and more. Armed with cutting-edge technology, your mission is to safely and professionally recover collateral while ensuring compliance with Ohio’s self-help repossession laws.
Your day-to-day will include tasks similar to those of an Asset Recovery Specialist, Skip Tracer, or Compliance Field Specialist , such as :
- Navigating the Cleveland market and surrounding areas independently in a repossession truck, searching for vehicles.
- Engaging with people using excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, much like a Field Services Representative .
- Utilizing your knowledge of Ohio repossession laws to handle encounters calmly and confidently.
- Driving for extended periods, safely and efficiently, in a company-provided truck equipped with all the tools you need to succeed.
- Unmatched enthusiasm and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and people skills to de-escalate tense situations.
- Strong computer skills and a knack for navigating local geography.
- A proven ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Uncapped Commission : Earn $70 to $120 per vehicle plus monthly bonuses!

- A valid Ohio driver’s license (no more than two points on your MVR).
- Be at least 23 years old (insurance requirement).
- Pass a pre-employment FBI background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience as a Tow Truck Operator, Repossession Field Investigator, or Data Collection Specialist .
- Knowledge of RDN, ClearPlan, or skip tracing.
- A current DOT Medical Card.
