Inspections Coordinator Apply
Status: Non-Exempt, Part Time Temporary Position
Location: Hybrid work model
Salary: $23.98 – $26.37/hour
As the Inspections Coordinator, you will possess adequate knowledge to evaluate inspection eligibility pursuant to the applicant’s business type (pharmacy or distribution) and business model. You will then utilize your comprehensive understanding of program processes to advance applications.
Job Description
General Responsibilities
- Complies and evaluates initial document submissions and applicant responses.
- Prepares documents for accuracy and completeness and communicates findings, if any.
- Sends applicant courtesy reminders for due dates.
- Compiles and reviews inspection responses from facilities for distribution to required entities and internal accreditation programs.
- Completes templated Word documents with applicant information.
- Updates completed license verification for external entities.
- Adds information to Excel document to track progress of applications.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree in a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of office experience.
- 1 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Exhibits an outgoing personality and critical thinking skills and embodies strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
Flexible Work Schedule
- 29-hour weekly hybrid schedule
- 2 days at Headquarters in Mount Prospect, IL each week
