Job Description
General Responsibilities
- Complies and evaluates initial document submissions and applicant responses.
- Prepares documents for accuracy and completeness and communicates findings, if any.
- Sends applicant courtesy reminders for due dates.
- Compiles and reviews inspection responses from facilities for distribution to required entities and internal accreditation programs.
- Completes templated Word documents with applicant information.
- Updates completed license verification for external entities.
- Adds information to Excel document to track progress of applications.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree in a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of office experience.
- 1 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Exhibits an outgoing personality and critical thinking skills and embodies strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.

Pay: $23.98 - $26.37 per hour
