The National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator, Meetings & Conferences to join our Member Services & Conferences team in Arlington, Virginia. This full-time role involves supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of NACDS meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of event coordination, including reviewing contracts, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), arranging travel, and managing meeting materials.Â
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.Â
- Provide on-site support during events as needed.Â
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.Â
- Two years of related experience.Â
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Â
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Â
- Willingness to travel as required.Â
Work Environment: Our team members work on-site at our Arlington headquarters on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with teleworking options on Mondays and Fridays.
