Field Response EMS Physician – Associate Medical Director Opportunity! Close to Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison! Mercyhealth is seeking a response-oriented emergency medicine physician to serve in our emergency department, as well as in the field as part of the MD-1 Emergency Response Program.Opportunity Details : Join a well-established Emergency Medicine / EMS team!This full-time opportunity is employed via W2 and benefits eligible.Level One Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Center Accredited!Must be EM Residency trained; EMS Fellowship preferred (not required) or similar EMS field experience.ABEM or AOBEM board eligible or certified.Active IL and WI Medical licenses required.Nine 24-hour EMS Field Response Call Shifts per month. Must live locally within response area.Take home an emergency response vehicle with field emergency response equipment.Three 10-hour ED shifts per month.Associate Medical Director duties include protocol development, run reviews, quality assurance, accredited primary education, and Operations. >
