Position Title : Salesforce Administrator

Location : Carlsbad, CA - hybrid schedule, Tue & Thu in office
Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000
POSITION PURPOSE
Work with internal and external stakeholders to customize NAMM's Salesforce platform to empower the organization to streamline the daily tasks of multiple departments to better serve our global membership.
KEY DUTIES
- Implement and support all Salesforce administrative functions for multiple Salesforce instances including user maintenance and training, regular system updates and backups, managing support tickets with Salesforce and Integration vendors
- Manage creation of new fields and objects including page layouts and permissions
- Conceptualize, design, and create reports and dashboards including custom report types and snapshot reporting
- Accurately document customizations and create training materials
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to cross functional business stakeholders and assist with report and dashboard design
- Effectively collaborate with various departments to identify improvements, enhancements, and customizations in response to organizational objectives and business needs
- Maintain and monitor enterprise level software integrations through MuleSoft, AWS lambdas, etc.
- Conduct impact analyses on processes and tools and manage data integrity
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams to design integration solutions and architect database design
- Bring both user experience and data analytics perspectives to design process during development cycle
- Manage development duties of regular sandbox refreshes and change set implementations
