I. MAJOR FUNCTION :
The Manager, Certification and Accreditation leads the management and strategic development of NASW Credentialing and CE Approval programs. The Manager oversees all aspects of these programs, including process improvement, team management, and collaboration with key stakeholders, and volunteer committees. The Manager is also expected to stay current with, and regularly evaluate, trends in certification and accreditation best practices and assess their relevancy to NASW. Lastly, the manager is expected to keep current with State licensing regulating the Social Work profession.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while proactively taking initiative to drive projects forward and meet deadlines.
