Key Responsibilities :

Staff Management : Support in hiring, training, and supervising a team of technicians and support staff. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to enhance productivity and morale.
Customer Relations : Serve as a liaison between customers and the body shop, addressing inquiries, providing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Quality Control : Monitor repair work to ensure it meets company standards and manufacturer specifications. Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality service.
Inventory Management : Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring necessary parts and materials are available for repairs.

Qualifications :
