National Bank of Commerce is a highly regarded community bank with 21 branches located in communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin, with an established reputation for delivering a high level of service, financial advice, and client care. We offer investment products and services through LPL Financial, a full-service broker/dealer, member FINRA/SIPC, and a Registered Investment Advisor. Our Financial Advisors meet with clients, assess financial goals and objectives, provide guidance, and recommend customized financial solutions to the client for successfully achieving financial goals.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Series 7 and 66 (or Series 7,63 & 65), and a state insurance license is required.
- Must meet and maintain NBC and LPL Financials’ background check requirements to qualify for employment.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and with bank staff.
- Detail-oriented, strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
- Ability to act professionally and handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated and persistent in following through.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to travel to other NBC locations as business needs dictate.
- This position may require work outside of the typical business hours.

Full-time annualized starting salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
