Major Responsibilities
- Events:
- Manage WNBA guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking, and ticket distribution for WNBA tentpole events.
- Support the planning and execution of guest experience at WNBA events.
- Collaborate with the WNBA Experiences team to oversee ticket inventory and event packages.
- Assist in managing project timelines and coordinating various event-related tasks.
- Public Relations:
- Oversee the media credentialing process for all major WNBA events, including scheduling application timelines, processing approvals/denials, and drafting all related communications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for media credential inquiries, ensuring timely responses and troubleshooting system issues.
- Provide weekend and after-hours logistics/credential support for media as needed during events.
- Act as a liaison between WNBA PR, event operations, and security teams to coordinate media-specific credential access, hours, and media locations.
- Address general media-related event questions in coordination with the WNBA PR team.
- Event Coordination: Experience managing guest lists, RSVPs, and ticket distribution.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee timelines and coordinate event logistics.
- Media Relations: Knowledge of credentialing processes and communication with media.
- Strong Communication: Clear, professional interaction with media, guests & cross functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Quick troubleshooting for credentialing and event issues.
