Responsibilities
Billing clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicating directly with KC Sales office and Dodge shipping and billing departments
Organizing and confirming correct paperwork for the billing process
Processing government documents
Understanding the billing and customer invoicing process to generate accurate paperwork
Timely distribution of paperwork to various departments
Verifying customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information
Other duties as assigned
Hours for this position are 9 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday; Rotating weekends from 9 pm to 6 am every third weekend monthly
This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for the billing clerk position should possess the following:
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
Possess efficient data entry skills
Good work history, punctuality, and attendance
Team player with good communication skills among all National Beef departments
Good telephone etiquette skills
Possess a professional and positive attitude/conduct
Able to operate calculator and computer systems
Demonstrate professionalism, respect, punctuality, and willing to learn skill set
