Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
This role involves coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Key responsibilities include ensuring production equipment meets company standards, maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems, and performing the work of employees and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years maintenance experience and knowledge of refrigeration, plumbing, industrial electrical, and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of preventative maintenance techniques/scheduling
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Demonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations
- Experience working with diverse groups of people
- Ability to maintain high expectations for self and others
- Demonstrated ability to function successfully in fast-paced environments
