What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at National Benefit Consultants, Inc.?
Our Delafield-area insurance agency is looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant for approximately 20 - 25 hours per week, with the potential for more hours during our busy season (September thru January). We offer a friendly and flexible workplace environment, and duties include answering phones, data entry, and application processing. This job is busy and fast-paced during our busy season, with a more relaxed atmosphere during the off-season.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Basic computer program skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to triage calls based on caller needs
- Reliability and punctuality
Knowledge of insurance is beneficial but not necessary. Starting pay will depend on experience.
This is a permanent position and not suitable for an internship or summer student job.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
