Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and merchandise Faygo products at assigned grocery and retail stores.
- Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Rotate product according to expiration dates and company standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the sales team.
- Report any issues, including damaged products or out-of-stock items.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior merchandising or grocery/retail experience.
- Familiarity with the Grand Rapids retail market is a plus.
