Role Overview:
The District Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the territory's strategic execution through both internal and external teams. This leadership position is directly responsible for LaCroix's growth through innovative off-shelf execution, creating multiple points-of-interruption, and thematic displays. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our territory and program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on National and Regional Accounts, ensuring merchandising excellence and creativity.
Identify, interview, and train new hires, promoting team success and highlighting wins.
Monitor quarterly goals for territory, including cases moved, display gains, and POS placements.
Conduct weekly team calls and join all team members in the market locally on a quarterly basis.
Travel overnight to markets outside the local market a minimum of 2X annually for training and mentorship.
Account Management:
Cultivate strong partnerships with LaCroix's Sales Team and Brokers to keep your team updated with the most recent promotional plans, planogram, reset and distribution reports.
Uphold compliance with National and Regional Account Programming in stores.
Collaborate with BrandEd to support educational sampling events.
Maintain top account coverage for all banners in the market, benchmarking against LaCroix store volume sales and indices.
Wiser CRM & Administration:
Ensure accurate and detailed form submissions by the team and manage quarterly Wiser presentations.
Create weekly Execution in Excellence PowerPoints and manage ad hoc Wiser projects.
Oversee HR matters, including quarterly bonuses, annual reviews, and approvals for direct reports.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
CPG experience required.
Management experience required.
Additional Requirements:
Pass the background check, drug test and physical exam.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible full time schedule that may include some weekends and holidays.
Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties.
