Shipping Supervisor  Afternoon- 2nd shift position*** 1pm start time The primary responsibility is the supervision of 20-30 employees who are operating in a fast pace environment. This supervisor will function as a part of our management team in manufacturing Everfresh Juices. Primary Responsibilities: Able to work 2nd shift , flexible schedule and weekends Oversee warehouse, shipping and production workforce. Ensure safety compliance and ensure associates follow plant GMPs. Maintaining and improving high quality standards. Monitoring and driving plant efficiencies. Maintain high levels of plant sanitation. Engage associates in maintaining 5S improvements and Kaizen suggestions. Oversee and supervise shipping, maintenance, and quality departments as needed. Will assume additional responsibilities as required. Requirements: Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree Preferred Minimum 2-5 years of previous supervision experience in a manufacturing facility preferred Forklift Certified or previous forklift experience  Food and Beverage experience desirable Strong analytical skills. Computer proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Must be able to work in hot humid and cold climates. Ability to work any shift.
