What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Associate position at National Beverage Screen Printers Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Key orders in on a daily basis and ensure accuracy of all data
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Communicate ETAs in a timely manner
- Work with Shipping and Manufacturing Personnel to track down orders and provide proper answer to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
