We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably with 4 years in hotel sales, eager to embrace new challenges and thrive within a team of seasoned professionals. As a member of our sales team, you will drive revenue by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. Collaborating closely with fellow sales managers and leadership, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and ensure we meet our sales targets. Responsibilities include :
- Sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and other Hyatt services to mid-market groups (50-150 rooms) and larger accounts.
- Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of clients, conducting site inspections and generating new business opportunities.
- Develop new markets and effectively engage a seasoned client base with high expectations.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals while maintaining organized documentation and reports.
- Utilize Hyatt systems to enhance sales processes and ensure seamless customer service.
- Actively participate in and potentially lead sales meetings.
The salary range for this position is $70,600 to $92,000 (commensurate with experience), with unlimited bonus potential.
