Job Description

The Brand, Content, and Culture team within US Marketing strives to drive creative excellence and effectiveness to connect with our fans at the speed of culture and innovation. We do this by building high-performing, creative forward teams across Campaigns, Social Media, Brand Partnerships, and Design.

The Social Media team is responsible for sparking conversation to drive fandom across all our digital channels and connect with our consumers within and outside campaigns.

In the Supervisor, Social Media role, you will contribute to these priorities in the following ways :

  • Lead the social strategy development and execution for programs like Happy Meal.
  • Lead depth work and partnership events like Nascar.
  • Lead 2025 Value re-hits.
  • Assist the broader BCC team on stretch projects.

Qualifications

  • Creative excellence acumen, especially in the social space.
  • Social and influencer landscape knowledge.
  • Paid, owned, earned social media experience.
  • Performance data analysis and optimization development.
  • Agency management experience.
