Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the final touches on various construction projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work effectively on-site.

Duties
- Perform construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Apply caulking in necessary areas to ensure weatherproofing and finish quality.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various finishing tasks.
- Assist in fixture installation, ensuring all components are securely placed and functional.
- Carry out cabinet installation with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Engage in remodeling projects, bringing existing structures up to date with modern finishes.
- Conduct frame carpentry tasks, including framing walls, doors, and windows as needed.

Skills
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with caulking products and their applications in construction.
- Strong skills in using hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to install fixtures accurately according to specifications.
- Experience in cabinet installation, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Understanding of remodeling practices and techniques for updating spaces.
- Competence in frame carpentry, including layout, cutting, and assembly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
