Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and contacting potential new clients
- Qualifying leads through initial conversations
- Educating potential clients and identifying growth opportunities
- Moving qualified leads through the sales process
- Facilitate a seamless handoff of qualified new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to a Business Finance Advisor for continued client engagement
Qualifications include:
- 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in financial services or B2B sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with business owners from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Resilient and adaptable in handling objections and navigating challenging conversations
- Driven to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment
- Coachable and eager to learn and implement feedback to drive performance
