What are the responsibilities and job description for the Space Planner and Designer position at National Business Furniture?

We're presenting an exciting opportunity for Space Planner and Designer in Milwaukee, WI. The right individual will be involved in the front end of space planning and design for large and small clients, including preparation of space plans, layouts, and quotations, specification of products and the opportunity to be a key member supporting a high-performance sales team.

Here's a General Overview of What You'll be Doing :
- Work with the sales team to provide floor plan and furniture layout
- Create drawings - 2D, 3D and renderings using CET
- Generate bill of materials - SPEC
- Utilize discount structures, to provide quotes and drawings as needed
- Assist outside reps with product selections
- Create presentations for sales / clients
- Update documentation as needed
- Keep up to date on current trends in the design industry / building codes
- Attend monthly product training
- Continuing education on CET / SPEC / NOTIFY, AutoCAD, Salesforce
