Job Description – Branch Sales Manager
National Business Solutions is seeking qualified individuals to join our rapidly growing team of Outside Sales Representatives. We are currently looking for a Selling Branch Manager for our Medford, Oregon location. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process; including prospecting, presenting and closing transactions. You will be servicing existing accounts and building positive relationships with clients. As the Branch Manager, you will also be responsible for managing a group of sales representatives to assist them through the sales process. National Business Solutions was founded in 1972, and is a family-owned business right in the heart of Western Oregon.
The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, be self-motivated and enjoy the ability to work semi-independently throughout the day. You must be able to work well with others and be able to manage a group of sales representatives within the organization. With the many products that National Business Solutions offers, there are multiple ways to become successful. We offer computer and network managed services, multifunction copiers, voice over IP phone systems, security cameras and a full suite of IT software and services.
Responsibilities:
· Manage employees and help them through the sales process.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients.
- Locate new clients, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
- Conduct sales and marketing research.
- Present company's products to potential customers.
- Report sales process for all employees to the corporate office.
- Follow up on customer leads and business development.
- Build professional relationships with client companies.
