Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client services. As a Customer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This position requires the ability to analyze customer needs and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • MUST Come to the Albany, NY Office
  • MUST be comfortable client facing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing assistance with their needs.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to conduct outbound calling and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide support in resolving complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to effectively address customer questions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
