Responsibilities
- MUST Come to the Albany, NY Office
- MUST be comfortable client facing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing assistance with their needs.
- Utilize phone etiquette to conduct outbound calling and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide support in resolving complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about company products and services to effectively address customer questions.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
