Job Overview
The MSP Sales rep involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. They will leverage our vast current client list and add additional services as well as propsecting for new clients. This position will have a team that will put together account reviews, proposals and targeted call lists through our CRM. This is a slkary plus commission position where the commission is expected to be more than half of the total income. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, contributing to a positive experience for all clients. They will be expected to have 3 client facing activities a day.
Duties
- Drive our sales efforts to support our growth goals.
- Utilize our CRM to leverage its marketing capabilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospective clients looking for additional opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Utilize phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients during each interaction.
- Assist in the coordination of services and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
