Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with employer in the medical and construction industries
- Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation and job search strategies
- Coordinate job fairs, employer visits and networking events
- Track graduate employment outcome and provide career counselling
- Oversee social media management to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with placement requirements and school policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in job placement, career services or a related field is preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking and recruitment purposes.
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies, including campus recruitment initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
