Responsible for the coordination and administration of operational duties directly related to the company and customers.

- Trace all shipments from dispatch until delivery.
- Advise Marketing Representatives of any customer or freight discrepancies in their assigned areas.
- Monitor on-time pick-up and delivery of booked freight daily. The goal is 100% on-time.
- Collaborate with load planners to maintain proper trailer pools within assigned areas and confirm that the trailer numbers are correct on a daily/weekly basis.
- Solicit freight from the customer base to secure incremental freight volume to increase company business.
- Enter available loads promptly into the AS400 with accurate information.
- Transmit information or documents to customers using email, fax, or scanning.
- Follow up on all customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep the Marketing Rep informed of all decisions.
- Communicate and work with Driver Managers, Load Planners, and Marketing Representatives to improve driver retention.
- Other duties as assigned.
- AS400 experience preferred, but not required.
