Job Description Title: Regional Account Executive

Reports to: VP of Sales

Job Summary: The Regional Account Executive is responsible for sales at NCC. The Regional Account Executive maintains and expands the customer base and grows existing business ensuring company goals are met.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in sales and account management.
• Experience with project management involving creative design and custom solutions.
• Up to 25% travel is required.
• Has excellent planning and critical thinking skills.
• Should have strong interpersonal skills and present professional image.
• Requires good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be flexible, assertive and optimistic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes sales objectives be creating a territory plan and sale pipeline for assigned region in support of company objectives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by working with Vice President of Sales &Marketing.
• Builds positive relationships with key customers.
• Identifies new customer opportunities.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new market segments and surveying customer needs.
• Collaborates with other internal departments regarding quality, production, productivity, and customer service.
• Operates well within a team environment.
• Perform site visits to understand challenges and present new opportunities.
• Resolves problems and identifies trends.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, and reaches to work overhead.
• Pushes and pulls materials, fingers and grasps parts and components.
• Tolerates loud noise.
• Sits and stands for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks.

• Requires visual acuity to access details (I.e., office equipment, email, invoices, etc.)
