Job Duties:
- Read and follow mixing specifications for desired finished product, mixing same for specified period
- Move various containers from area to area either by hand or with hand cart
- Responsible for the quality of job functions, to include remaining alert for unsatisfactory quality of equipment and parts received into their assigned work area
- Discontinue work process and immediately notify Supervision of all defects in quality
- Keep the working area clean and orderly at all times
- Leave equipment and materials in proper place and order at the end of the work shift
- Record and report shop order information and production times
- Affix various product labels on finished products
- Operate forklift, unload incoming truckloads of chemicals
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
- Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good work ethic
- Desire to work as part of a team in production
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
- May stoop, crouch, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
- May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- May be required to climb, twist, or bend
- Ability to lift medium to heavy weight up to 75 lbs.
