Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (2pm - Midnight Monday - Thursday)

National Carwash Solutions (NCS) family has grown over the past 51 years to become North America’s largest equipment, service, and cleaning solutions provider in the car wash industry! Demand is increasing and NCS’s De Pere, WI Chemical facility is adding a second shift.  As we make this growth and transition, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our second shift.  This role will start with a 6-4 M-Th schedule, then transition to 2pm-Midnight shift Monday to Thursday as we go into production with the incremental shift.  Come join us for an extraordinary career in a high growth, team-oriented company!

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting a highly automated chemical blending and packaging facility.

Duties:

• Be a safety leader, holding self-accountable and coaching teammates on how to reduce risk.
• Executes preventative and predictive maintenance work as scheduled
• Perform corrective maintenance on blending, filling and packaging assets.
• Perform troubleshooting functions to ensure effective and efficient operation of equipment on shift.
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Transfer skills and knowledge to teammates to help the overall team be more successful.
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with a team and have a positive influence on the facility culture.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Experience with PLC preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
• Required to stand for prolonged periods
• Intermittently lift medium to heavy weight up to 75 lbs.
• Intermittently required to bend and twist
