Job Summary :

The Creative Director is responsible for leading a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop innovative, effective, and on-brand marketing campaigns and creative assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative vision, project management, and leadership skills, ensuring that all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the company's brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Leadership :

Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver engaging, innovative, and impactful design and content.
Develop creative concepts that align with the company's goals, brand identity, and marketing strategy.
Oversee the production of all creative assets including advertisements, branding materials, social media content, video, packaging, and web design.
Oversee the management and updates of the TSSCWS.COM website.
Maintain and report on designer activity on a weekly basis including KPI updates.
Design presentations for upcoming client / intercompany meetings.
Corporate account designs as directed by SVP of Aftermarket.

Project Management :

Manage the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Oversee the management of timelines, budgets, and resources for creative projects.

Team Development

Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Identify and nurture talent within the team, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.

Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.

Brand Strategy :

Work with marketing and strategy teams to ensure creative outputs align with the broader marketing and business objectives.

Innovation & Trends :

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new technologies to keep the company's creative work at the cutting edge.

Propose and implement new creative processes and strategies to enhance team productivity and output quality.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master's preferred).

5 years of experience in a creative management role, preferably in an agency or in-house creative department.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and project management skills.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.

Excellent understanding of design principles, branding, and multimedia campaign development.

Strong knowledge of creative tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.

Familiarity with video production and web development.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to creative strategy.
