Stone Ridge is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management to begin on July 1, 2025.
Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, a member of the international Network of Sacred Heart Schools, is a Catholic, independent college preparatory school for girls, Grades 1-12, with a co-educational Early Childhood Program, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten in Bethesda, Maryland. The Director of Enrollment Management :
- Represents and embraces the School’s Sacred Heart mission identity.
- Provides leadership for and manages all aspects of the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment process.
- Works with the Admissions Team to prepare and maintain statistics regarding geographical distribution of students, enrollment, and attrition.
- Analyzes statistics for the Administrative Team, faculty, and Board of Trustees, collaborating with appropriate stakeholders on strategic planning around enrollment trends and goals.
- Coordinates all re-enrollment and enrollment activity, including the planning of special events involving prospective students and families, with constant monitoring of attrition and retention.
- Works with other members of the Administrative Team to organize specific retention efforts at key grade levels and meets or exceeds enrollment goals for all target recruitment areas.
- Builds relationships and communicates with possible feeder schools, educational consultants, and other individuals supporting families in their school placement.

The salary range for this position is $135,000-$155,000, depending on experience.
