The National Center for Families Learning (NCFL) is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to serve as a Community Partnerships Coordinator in Louisville, KY. This individual will act as the "quarterback" for building out local systems of support for families, facilitating meetings, fostering collaboration among community-based organizations (CBOs), and driving progress on Louisville's Family Learning Community efforts. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on families in Louisville while building a foundation for potential full-time employment. Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Facilitation: Serve as a primary facilitator for collaborative meetings with community stakeholders, ensuring clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and alignment with NCFL's goals.
- Systems Leadership: Maintain a holistic, systems-level view of family support in Louisville, identifying opportunities to enhance coordination and maximize collective impact.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with CBOs, schools, local businesses, and other stakeholders to strengthen support networks for families.
- Project Management: Track progress on initiatives, monitor key milestones, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to NCFL leadership and community partners, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Community Engagement: Represent NCFL in local events and forums, advocating for family-focused strategies and approaches.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze feedback and data to inform strategy and continuously improve systems of support for families.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, or systems-level leadership.
